Well I can’t wait to get stuck into this hitlist! It is a little ambitious and will probably take a little longer but these items have me ready and raring to go! If you want to know a little more about why I started doing these hitlists you can read about it here.
Here is my second hitlist…..

This is my niece Beth’s blog. Follow along if you wish and learn a bit about challenging yourself and motivation. Beth and Rod have four children, all boys and I think she does well to fit her life in with theirs. Go Beth!

Do you have any CrossFit specific goals? Or is your CrossFit training to support the goals you have on your hit list? How about swimming with the kids? Great for releasing tension from built up lactic acid in calves from double unders or tight hammier from cleans and deadliest or stiff shoulders from thrusters. I’m a CrossFitter FYI 😉

Haha I can always pick the crossfitters by the language the speak, lol, the scary thing is that I am starting to speak a little crossfit myself! It is funny you should suggest that, cause I was just trying to organise for a friend to come with me to the pool so I could fit a few laps in. Thanks for suggestions and I would appreciate any others you may have cause it is kicking my butt, so sore! Tell me what’s the deal with flat shoes? Should I get some?
